How does the entire process work? How do I start?

Not to worry. We will walk you through the process and get you exactly what you have been wanting. 

The first step would be to provide us with an image of what you would like to have embroidered. We will guide you regarding sizing, location, and colors. We would then take the image and digitize it, basically converting the image into instructions that the embroidery machine can read and follow. Next, we will provide you with a sewn sample for your approval. If you like what you see we then move on to the next step which is to embroider the design onto your polo, jacket, bags, or what you have chosen. Not a problem,  we can help you with that too. In a few short days, you will have your finished product ready to go.

What are the payment options?

For new customers, we accept credit cards or bank transfers. We ask new customers for a deposit of 50% of the total. For more established customers we also accept company checks in addition to credit cards and bank transfers
